One less thing on moving day.
Moving brings enough to organise. Our end-of-tenancy cleaning service helps prepare empty homes for handover, a new tenant or the next chapter. Send your property details and any letting-agent checklist so we can agree the scope before the clean.

Your end-of-tenancy cleaning checklist
Check the inventory and your tenancy agreement, then identify what must be cleaned before handover. Remove belongings and rubbish, make sure water and power are available, and share the agent’s checklist when requesting a quote. Ask whether ovens, appliances, windows or carpet cleaning are included or priced separately. A professional clean does not guarantee a deposit refund; deductions depend on the tenancy and the property’s condition.

Planning your clean? Here are the details to check before booking.
Ask us about your propertyWhat is included in an end-of-tenancy clean?
We agree a checklist for your property, which can include kitchens, bathrooms, accessible cupboards and surfaces, vacuuming and suitable hard floors. Share your inventory or letting-agent checklist when requesting a quote.
Should the property be empty before the clean?
Ideally, arrange the clean after your belongings and rubbish have been removed. Tell us if the property will still be furnished so we can agree the accessible areas and a realistic scope.
Are ovens, appliances, windows and carpets included?
These requirements must be discussed individually. List the appliances, windows and carpets you need cleaned so we can confirm availability and whether they are included or priced separately.
Will a professional clean guarantee my deposit is returned?
No. Cleaning can help you meet an agreed checklist, but deposit decisions also depend on your tenancy, inventory, damage and other property issues. We cannot guarantee a landlord or agent’s decision.
Do you need electricity and running water?
Please ensure the property has working power and running water unless a different arrangement has been agreed. Tell us about utility or access problems before the appointment.
Can landlords and letting agents book a handover clean?
Yes, we welcome enquiries from tenants, landlords and letting agents. Share the property details, desired handover date and any inspection checklist so we can discuss the booking.
When should I arrange my moving-out clean?
Plan the clean after packing and removals but before your handover inspection where possible. Enquire ahead with your preferred date; short-notice appointments depend on availability.
